Job description
- Làm việc với Trưởng bộ phận để nghiên cứu, phân tích yêu cầu tính năng cho sản phẩm;
- Mô tả chi tiết tính năng cần phát triển cho sản phẩm;
- Mô tả các “ Kịch bản ” cần có cho sản phẩm; Lập kế hoạch và thiết kế các cuộc thảo luận nhằm tạo ra các tài liệu phát triển sản phẩm (User flows, wireframes,UserGuide…)
- Làm việc với đội ngũ UI / UX Designer, BA, Software Development team, để lên kế hoạch cũng như các công việc ưu tiên để triển khai xây dựng sản phẩm;
- Hỗ trợ giải đáp các thắc mắc của nhóm thực thi để tránh sự chậm trễ trong giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết sâu sắc về ngành sau: Quản trị nhân sự, HRM;
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Product Owner;
- Có kiến thức QC, BA là lợi thế; Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt;
- Định hướng chi tiết, có khả năng đa nhiệm;
- Tinh thần teamwork & sẵn sàng chia sẻ;
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và sự đam mê với công việc.
