Job Description
- Analyzing business structures, systems and processes, as well as reviewing references and other related supporting documents
- Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process
- Create user flows and application mockups as part of the design and requirements analysis process.
- Brief the technical team on user requirements to facilitate the system development process.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Establishing communication and providing support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross-division cooperation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects, report and escalate as needed.
- Assisting the sales team / project management team in meeting with clients on technical aspect
- Understand the basic knowledge of all the company's products
- Understand knowledge on basic hardware architecture to support sales and service delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Owner/ Business / System Analyst or as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector, specifically regarding digital channels work or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or Information System
- Has experience in banking/insurance/finance is a must
- Experienced in complex business process analysis & mapping by using various kind of diagram such as Use Case, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, etc.
- Familiar with Unified Modeling Language (UML) & query SQL
- Conduct requirement gathering and analysis based on user needs regarding system development for digital features or products, or the procurement of new systems.
- Document the results of requirement gathering and analysis in the form of a BRD (Business Requirement Definition) or CR (Change Request).
- Experience creating BRD/PRD documents or similar documentation that includes user flows and development criteria.
- Experience using Figma or similar applications to create mockups.
- Familiar with SDLC, Object Oriented Design Patterns
- Having knowledge in business intelligence would be an advantage
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Preferable have experience in financial services Industry, and its a plus have knowledge in IFRS 17 and PSAK24
- Willing to Work from Office in Jakarta Area
