Job description for Product Operations Associate / Manager at Treehouse Finance
We are looking for a Product Operations Associate / Manager to join our growing team
based in our Vietnam office, in Ho Chi Minh City. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior
Product specialists, looking to expand their careers.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product, Quant, and Development teams to build operational
processes (e.g., monitoring, escalation alerts, etc.) from the ground up
- Product Monitoring
- Utilize appropriate tools / alerts to monitor the health of our internal systems
- Identify gaps in existing monitoring processes / recommend new tools to build
- Ensures all services run smoothly and trigger the right level of actions should certain threshold be reached
- Escalate any issues promptly to the relevant team to investigate product Launches
- Support the product managers and contribute to all aspects of a product launch, ranging from setting up new monitoring scripts / alerts
- Guarantee operational excellence in every product launch
- Customer Support
- Follow up promptly with customer requests raised and coordinate with all relevant teams to provide respose
- Provide customer feedback to the Product Managers on their experience
- Provide adequate level of explanations and documentation to the customer
- Onboarding
- Drive the onboarding process end to end and ensure each new user are onboarded within set time frames.
- Ensure onboarding for every new users is smooth and find ways to improve it.
Requirements:
- A good understanding & genuine interest in the DeFi space
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a tech company in a similar role
- A creative problem solver, with a can do attitude
- Highly motivated and proactive; excited to work in a fast paced, autonomous
- environment
