Job description for Product Marketing Manager, Singapore at Glints

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Singapore to join our International Markets Product Marketing team, to enable Glints to be the preferred platform and service for offshore recruitment and managed talent solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will lead and execute the full-funnel marketing strategies in the Singapore market, ensuring an effective market penetration for Glints.
They will drive demand generation for Singapore and execute various strategies from creating awareness, acquiring, retaining, and increasing the LTV of customers to achieve high-quality leads for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scale and enhance effectiveness of demand generation marketing strategy: Increase awareness and credibility of Glints amongst employers in Singapore by developing scalable marketing strategies and initiatives and ensuring that Glints is the leading and trusted voice in the tech, digital talent and remote hiring space. This includes developing a full-funnel omni-channel demand generation marketing strategy that will sustainably deliver high quality marketing qualified leads in increasing volume and decreasing costs.
- Achieve excellence in execution and operations of marketing strategies: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed and managed at the highest level of excellence, and are effectively driving impact for the business. This includes conducting experiments and tests to validate and optimise ideas, audience segmentation, messaging, channels and costs needed to scale-up demand generation initiatives.
- Milk local partnerships and build engaged local communities of employers: Plan and execute effective partnership activities by leveraging existing and new strategic and community partners to increase the credibility, awareness, demand of Glints solutions. Drive conversations and ongoing management of employer community engagement channels and programs (both owned and partnered), by leveraging on content, events, etc.
- Enable and support Sales: Support SDR, BD, and CSM teams' productivity by developing leads database, sales pitch decks, and playbook to drive sales opportunities and improve SQL to win conversion rate

Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in start-ups or in-house marketing positions with experience in B2B demand-generation marketing roles;
- Strong hands-on experience in omnichannel, full-funnel marketing;
- Proven project management experience;
- Keen understanding of the Singapore market and its enterprises and startups alike;
- Results and data-driven with a keen interest in numbers and the ability to use them to make key strategic decisions;
- Strong drive to growth-hack various marketing strategies and initiatives;
- Creative and always looking for ways to develop the best marketing campaign;
- Ability to see the bigger picture and highly motivated by understanding the core "whys";
- Authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management in order to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders;
- Attention to detail with the inclination to over-communicate ideas, processes and structures;
- Relentless and resourceful and always up for challenges in a fast-paced environment.
