Job description for Product Marketing Manager (Hong Kong Based) at Glints
About This Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Hong Kong to join our TalentHub Product Marketing team, to enable Glints to be the preferred platform and service of companies for offshore talent services. He/she will lead and execute the full-funnel marketing strategies in the Hong Kong market, ensuring an effective market penetration for Glints.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the key person driving demand generation for Hong Kong. Using your full-funnel marketing experience and expertise, you will drive various strategies from creating awareness, acquiring, retaining, and increasing the LTV of customers to achieve high-quality leads for the business.
In this role, you will:
- Implement demand generation quick wins: that includes managing, optimizing and hyper-localising existing regional/local marketing campaigns, and run low hanging fruit opportunities to yield qualified leads for sales conversions;
- Establish and execute best thought-leadership pillars for market: to drive brand awareness and generate leads through content & insights
- Develop & implement demand generation strategy; a full-funnel and omni-channel demand engine that is hyper-localized to the Hong Kong market
- Enable and support Sales: by developing leads database, sales pitch decks and playbook to drive sales opportunities and improved sales conversion rates for both inbound and outbound opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in relevant working experience (start-up and/or in-house marketing roles are preferred);
- Experienced in B2B demand-generation marketing roles;
- Experienced in omnichannel, full-funnel marketing;
- Understanding of the Hong Kong market - Enterprises and Startups a like;
- Results & Data-driven. Love numbers and use them to make key strategic decisions;
- Strong drive to growth-hack various marketing strategies and initiatives
- Creative. Always looking for ways to develop the best marketing campaign yet.
- Loves seeing the bigger picture and gets highly motivated by understanding the core “Whys”
- Is authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
- Attention to details and loves over communicating idea’s, processes, and structures;
- Relentless and resourceful - always up for the challenge in a fast-paced environment
