Job description for Product Manager at Brankas
- Creating and enacting upon the product vision and north star metric
- Research and market insights related to Brankas products
- Execution of product strategy and roadmap
- Formulation and tracking of product-related goals and metrics
- Running workshops to determine customer journey maps, lo-med fidelity wireframes
- Identifying persona’s for your product

- Contribute to design, recruitment, and performance management within the Product team
- Work cross-functionally with the development team, ensuring that epics and stories are planned in advance and estimations are low in volatility
- Liaise directly with our Customers, Business Development and General Management teams to decide on the roadmap
- Interact with clients, third-parties, suppliers, and contractors as needed
- Fulfill general project management responsibilities, including but not limited to: working with and adhering to agile principles, creating user stories and user acceptance criteria, developing high level timelines based on engineering capacity, scheduling and prioritizing feature releases, overseeing implementation, and guiding developers and senior management on technology choices
- Provide technical support to business development efforts, such as requirements gathering, initial technical support, advising on and overseeing client integration projects
- Attempt to sell our products on an adhoc basis for purposes of understanding the product’s you have built
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Technical background will be a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in fintech product management and market strategy.
- Relevant experience in a Fintech Company, especially in the Remittance and Forex market segments..
- Well-versed with Fintech Innovations in the South East Asian Market.
- Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
- High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
- Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate.
- Good organizing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
