Job Descriptions
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders to define product solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize features based on business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, user flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and refine the product backlog while collaborating with System Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, and Development teams.
- Support product development, sprint activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Experience managing digital products (web and/or mobile applications).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, PRD documentation, user story writing, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Willing to work hybrid in Yogyakarta
