About This Role
We're looking for a Workflow Automations Product Manager to join our Tech-Enabled Operations and Product team. This role’s mission is to deliver high impact workflow automations and systems that enable world-class recruitment and operational efficiency.
This role will lead the development of automation products, with a focus on (1) integrating third party APIs and automations with our proprietary workflow system to reduce manual tasks, and (2) developing in-house automations for key system-level decision making and processes. The ultimate mission of this role is to drive efficiency in Glints’ recruitment service, deliver value to our recruiters, and accelerate revenue growth.
You will be a lead Product Manager for our recruitment and talent-matching efficiency team, one of the company’s highest level strategic priorities. You will work directly with our Regional Operations lead, and the co-founder and Technical Lead of Glints. The position will offer significant opportunities for cross-functional exposure to executive stakeholders across the organisation.
The mission for this role is to develop, coordinate, and manage the delivery of high-impact data and tech products for internal users.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development of workflow automation products, leveraging third party integrations, data science, and in-house products to drive the speed of Glints’ recruitment and accelerate revenue growth;
- Drive fast feedback loops between end users (i.e. recruiters), operational, product, and tech stakeholders;
- Manage the coordination, throughput and velocity of delivery by the recruitment efficiency tech team;
- Ensure Glints recruiters are empowered with high-impact technology to increase their efficiency and effectiveness; and
- Drive improvements to our workflow processes and systems to increase recruitment and talent matching efficiency

Who We Are Looking For
- You should ideally possess a Bachelor’s Degree;
- 3-8 years of experience as a Product Manager or in similar role;
- Exceptional project management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong internal stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills; prior experience working with engineers & technical teams;
- Appreciation of how automations can be applied for optimising business operations;
- Strong working knowledge in SQL/Database and Figma;
- Prior experience in UI/UX design;
- Prior experience with product roadmap development and customising and integrating third-party APIs.
