Job description for Product Development Intern (Jan - Jun 2024) at Aevice Health

As our Product Development Intern, you will be part of a team to research and develop new ideas and make modifications to current systems. You will participate in the product development lifecycle and have the opportunity to work in many different areas to identify what really excites you.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating new ideas/concepts, and working with various functional teams to develop and bring the product/features from design to manufacturing
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Debug, test, analyze and evaluate new products/features
- Develop test algorithms and hardware to test the product/features
Requirements
- Proficient in programming languages C/C++
- Enjoy the technical challenge of providing creative solutions to complex engineering systems
- Enthusiastic in R&D works and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Learning Outcomes
- Understand product development lifecycle of a medical device
- First-hand experience in development of product/technology
- Experience development process in a medical device start-up
- Learn development in compliance to Quality Management System
