You will experience ownership over important project areas that include defining the roadmap of product design. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and other stakeholders to deliver a better user experience all across our product ecosystem.
The role
We’re looking for designers who are passionate about weaving design elements together to help our users navigate our products seamlessly. You will not settle for just beautiful designs but also meaningful and impactful user experience. You will be at the forefront of designing virtual human interactions and redefine how our users interact with our products.

What you will do:
- Work with various stakeholders (product owners, development, designers, business, marketing and etc) to identify and design excellent user experiences
- Think thoroughly and strategically, execute high-quality design work and, have the opportunity to create an impact on the product.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver the information architecture, user journey map, and wireframe flow for projects.
- Implement and iterate on UX designs and flows in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes as a result of the research
- Facilitate in processes, tools, and specifications required to bring a world-class product
Requirements
What you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wire framing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.
- Strong hands-on experience in prototyping, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mock-ups
- Strong hands-on experience in using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InVision and etc.
- Self-initiative to stay up to date with the latest design techniques, tools, and trends
- Value simplicity and high-quality craft
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation skills) to work with various stakeholders (technical and non-technical) including presentation of insights reports to business/product owners
- Experience working with a product-based organization, e-commerce, automotive is advantageous
