Job description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Mandatory)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sourcing, Contract Management, Inventory Management, Ariba, Coupa, GEP
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
Job Description:
- Project based contract for at least 9 months.
- Having experience in Oil/Gas/Mining/Heavy Industry will be greatly considered
- Create strategy and framework for the client’s procurement practices and lead the team through the transformation journey
- Develop a regional and global procurement strategy and transform category management in alignment with the global strategies through partnership with cross-functional teams and knowledge of market best practices.
- Accountable for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and material management process for the procurement of direct/indirect goods and services
- Manage and own the procurement policy and procedures for the APAC region.
- Drive supplier performance by using appropriate metrics and scorecards.
- Oversee the contracting process including administration, archiving and post-execution.
- Provide procurement training for the procurement team and broader organisation.
- Continually innovate and develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function.
The must haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in Procurement functions - Sourcing, Contract Management, Inventory Management
- Key knowledge of procurement software and platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GEP, etc.
- Conversant in SAP MM Module
- Demonstrable experience in building and developing a procurement function, setting the corporate procurement direction and strategies, supplier management, and contract management.
- Results oriented and metrics-driven, with very good communication skills.
- Strong Project Management experience
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people at all levels throughout an organization in a multi-country environment.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organisational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
