Job description for PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR at CREASIA GROUP
- Build up purchasing and relevant policies and procedures
- Work with internal departments to define purchasing demands as well as maintain relationship;
- Source and select new supplier; maintain relationship with key vendors, suppliers; contract negotiation;
- Write and/or review purchasing contracts; review/approve purchase order under authorization;
- Directly handedly purchase requests with the team for categories: POSM, logistics, uniform, IT, equipment, office facilities to ensure the adequate supply and delivery time of all procured items and services
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field of buying POSM
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuading skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Team management skills
