Job description for Procurement Manager at Sunchila
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Have a significant and advanced procurement knowledge;
- Required Skill(s): procurement, purchasing, negotiation, data process, microsoft office, management
- Candidate must possess at least 2 years experience in related industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin ;
- Preferaby Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
- Responsible for company procurement system and management as well as in supplier relations;
- Understand client’s needs and communicate with the suppliers to engage on its requirement, payment process and negotiate the terms and conditions;
- Support in shaping strategy and plan to engage suppliers;
- Acquire in depth knowledge of both client and supply base;
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new opportunities and making the sell significant to suppliers, negotiating benefits and costs;
- Responsible for supplier relationships which include maintaining and looking for new opportunities;
- Identify the upcoming vision and goals of the department;
- Responsible to surpass the performances and efficiency of the team and its productivity to ensure the quality of the product and its punctuality;
- Able to identify which suppliers provides the best effect to the company and compile various strategies on how to improve business processes;
- Ensure supplier’s satisfaction and able to solve issues associated with supplier matters.
