Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative functions, including issuance of POs and monitoring of delivery schedules.
- Item codes creation, price maintenance and updates of related information in the system.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Sourcing of products and obtain quotations (RFQs) from vendors.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Keen interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and data analysis.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
