Job Responsibilities

Routine Office Driving: Responsible for picking up and dropping off the boss for daily office trips, business negotiations, customer receptions, etc. Plan the optimal driving route in advance to ensure safe, on-time and efficient trips, strictly abide by traffic rules and eliminate illegal driving.

Fixed Pick-up and Drop-off for Boss’s Children: According to the time and location designated by the boss, be responsible for the fixed pick-up and drop-off of the boss’s children for fixed interest classes and other daily trips. Ensure the children’s personal safety throughout the process, wait patiently, timely feedback the pick-up and drop-off status, and properly handle unexpected matters during the process.

Vehicle Maintenance and Management: Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the boss’s exclusive vehicle (including the cleanliness of the interior and exterior). Regularly remind and assist in handling vehicle insurance, annual inspection, violation handling and other related procedures to ensure the vehicle is in good operating condition.

Obey the reasonable arrangements of the boss and the company, and take the initiative to cooperate in completing various temporary work tasks.

Confidentiality Requirement: Strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality regulations, keep strict confidentiality of the boss’s itinerary, conversation content, family-related information and other sensitive information, and do not disclose any sensitive information.

Requirements

More than 5 years of driving experience, no major traffic accident records, no serious violation records, and familiar with local traffic routes.

Good sense of responsibility, careful and rigorous, good service awareness and communication skills, patient and caring with children.

Able to adapt to flexible working hours, obey arrangements, hard-working, and no bad habits.

Priority is given to those with experience as a full-time driver for bosses, driving experience of high-end vehicles, or experience in picking up and dropping off children.

Possess basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, able to timely detect and handle simple vehicle faults.

岗位职责

常规办公驾驶：负责老板日常办公出行、商务洽谈、客户接待等相关接送工作，提前规划最优行车路线，确保行程安全、准时、高效，严格遵守交通规则，杜绝违章行驶。

子女固定接送：按照老板指定时间、地点，负责老板小孩固定的兴趣班及其他日常出行的固定接送工作，全程保障孩子的人身安全，耐心等候，及时反馈接送情况，妥善处理接送过程中的突发事宜。

车辆维护管理：负责老板专属车辆的日常检查、保养、清洁工作（包括车内、车外整洁），定期提醒并协助办理车辆保险、年检、违章处理等相关手续，确保车辆处于良好运行状态。

事务协助：服从老板及公司合理安排，主动配合完成各项临时工作任务。

保密要求：严格遵守公司保密规定，对老板的行程、谈话内容、家庭相关信息等严格保密，不泄露任何敏感信息。

任职要求

驾龄5年以上，无重大交通事故记录，无严重违章记录，熟悉本地交通路线。

品行端正，责任心强、细心严谨，有良好的服务意识和沟通能力。

能适应弹性工作时间（工作时间为9：30-19：30），服从安排，吃苦耐劳，无不良嗜好。

有老板专职司机、高端车辆驾驶经验，或有接送小孩相关经验者优先考虑。

具备基本的车辆维护知识，能及时发现车辆简单故障并处理。
