Job description for Pre-Sales Manager at eduCLaaS
The Presales Consultant/Manager provides consulting and operational support to the Sales team. The right person works in close partnership with the Business Development Managers and BU Directors to achieve successful presentation of the company’s solutions to the market. He/She proposes and designs the solutions/products and provides product(s).
Manage Presales Engagement with Enterprises which includes:
1.Designing Solutions:
- Understand the digital/tech jobs of the industry
- Identify and assess the skills gaps of customer’s existing talent against digital/tech skills
- Design and Configure the right learning solution(s) to acquire the required skills
2.Sales Savvy Customer Presentations
- Prepare and deliver solution-based learning product presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Present the value of Lithan products/solution to a variety of audiences from C-level to end-users
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
3.Product Management:
- Understand and keep abreast of the market trends, products and competitor landscape in the Learning/Edtech space
- Liaising with Product/Delivery Managers to provide feedback on product/delivery enhancements
Job Pre-requisite
- Degree with equivalent professional experience in education space and/or corporate learning and development in corporate
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis to architect/curate solution(s) the areas of technology related training
- Strong sales savvy presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
