Job description for PR and Communication Intern at Glints

We’re looking for a PR & Communications Intern to join our Product Marketing team, to build and enhance a favorable image of Glints with employers, investors, and the general public. The person is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our organization’s PR and brand strategy, building its reputation, and cultivating positive relationships with target audiences in Singapore and international media.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enhance the company’s brand awareness and corporate image through media opportunities by contributing to the achievement of PR KPIs by leading and supporting the execution of PR & communication initiatives.
- Co-develop and implement communication materials to effectively engage the public by sourcing and coordinating materials and insights to support PR agencies in their media pitches, and spokespeople’s preparation for speaking opportunities. Also by formulating, reviewing, and editing content of external communications collaterals such as social media posts.
- Co-develop and implement a crisis communications plan and media strategy as needed by contributing towards the development of internal and external communications strategy and materials/collateral development.
- Track, operate, and manage PR performances and reports.

Who We Are Looking For
- A passionate communicator and brand marketer with a bachelor's degree in media, marketing, or communications from a top university (Final year student & fresh graduate)
- At least 3 to 6 months of availability and willing to occasionally go to our SG Office (Hybrid)
- An articulate communicator in English with strong a sense of customer-obsession
- A highly organized and meticulous operator who’s able to translate ideas into a clear execution plan and bring it to fruition from the initial stage to completion
- Is authentic, humble, and honest, with a flair for relationship-building and stakeholder management to gain buy-in, support, and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
- A results-driven problem-solver who’s able to strategically connect the business and audience through marketing initiatives and brand interactions
- An agile and resilient person who embraces change, can work fast and adapts quickly and isn’t afraid to evaluate methods that don’t work
- A fast learner who shows a strong will to grow and proactively seeks feedback for improvement
