Andwhyte is an independent social media agency in Singapore. We specialize in social media marketing and management, and creating content which includes photography and video production. Our clients include shopping malls, F&B Businesses and beauty & fashion players, and a niche market for gaming. Job responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to a well-rounded knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, location scouting, selecting/hiring talent, acquiring props and some limited styling (product, clothes and food). An in-depth knowledge of social media image trends as well as conventional photography/videography styles.
· Demonstrable proficiency with photography, videography, editing and graphic design
· Execute approved creative content as required by social media and content calendar
· Stay up-to-date on social media and content marketing content trends such as storytelling, presentation, styling, technical aspects, and unique media usage
· Plan, schedule, and develop all shoot logistics including transportation/ travel as needed to realize and fulfil impactful & unique storytelling moments that support social media, brand and campaign marketing activities.
· Facilitating agreements and obtaining proper model releases for image use
· Responsible for helping to manage, organize & upkeep studio tidiness & cleanliness
· Research and understand marketing strategies and brand positioning to effectively execute projects in line with business goals.
· Identify and explore opportunities for short form video and/or design
· Perform mastery of retouching and editing of all images to best represent the assigned objective and meet brand standards
· Categorize, file, and archive photography according to digital asset management protocols.
· Engage with team members positively and being able to inspire and influence creative output
· Being able to perform job duties with an understanding of client relationship management to ensure clear communication and managing expectations
Requirements:
· Working knowledge of Adobe, Google Drive, Mac and video editing platform of choice.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Well organized and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Good communication skills across both written and oral
· Keen interest in social media and genuinely excited by digital technologies
· True team player who embraces collaboration
· Strong interpersonal skills
· A keen attention to details, articulate, resourceful and contribute ideas
· Able to fulfill work assignments with little direction and supervision
