Provide full spectrum of support to the Manager
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, courteous, meticulous, self-driven, dedicated and a team player
Office Administration and Management
• Manage schedule and events including the organizing of all appointments, meetings, agency events and travel arrangements
• Ensure that all minutes of meeting chaired by the Director is recorded and acted upon by attendees
• Arrange social events such as lunches or dinners as required
• Assist activities/events administration and logistics
• Provide office administrative support and general administrative duties
• Assist in Client-servicing related matters
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager
