Job : Business Support and Management
Job Type : Full time
Status : Contract / Permanent
Salary : $2200 - $3000
We are currently looking for a passionate Personal Assistant to join us who can offer reliable support and help improve efficiency .
Personal Assistant responsibilities ;
1. Assisting the manager/executive as needed with all projects and duties.
2. Office maintenance (such as paper & stationery supply/ cleaner arrangement)
3. Engage and liaise closely with other departments/teams to ensure the operation flows effectively.
4. Help with daily time management
5. Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests
6. Performs other duties and functions as assigned
Looking for a qualified in
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changes
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Thorough
• Energetic and hard working, clients focus and able to work as a team’s or individually
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work to deadlines and effectively manage time
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Min. Posses Diploma or equivalent
