The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to management, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and business activities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international university
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Handle executive correspondence, emails, phone calls, reports, and documentation professionally
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, minutes, and minutes of meetings
- Coordinate with vendors, business partners, clients, and internal teams for operational and administrative matters
- Monitor and follow up on contracts, agreements, invoices, and administrative processes
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and management documents
- Support event planning, business meetings, and executive activities when required
- Ensure timely communication and efficient workflow between management and stakeholders
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management
