Job description for Personal Assistant at JGO
Looking for Personal Assistants (FT/PT)
Benefits include flexible schedule, able to WFH until further notice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for administrative and day-to-day secretarial support for our Director
· Assist Director in researching and following up with action plans
· Prepares powerpoint presentation slides for Director
· Manage claims expenses and invoices
· Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma Holders
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (E.g Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
· Meticulous and possess good attention to details
