Job description for Personal Assistant at Evolve Family Office
We are looking for a personal assistant who has:
- Strong mandarin speaking ability (our Chairman is from China)
- A driving license
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Able to work on flexible schedules
- Open to changes in the work environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answering and redirecting phone calls, emails and take messages
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Other ad-hoc admin work
