Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma Degree in Secretary/English Literature/Management
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary, preferably has working experience with expats
- Well organized, quick learner, good communication & interpersonal skill
Job Description:
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain filing systems
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Coordinate travel organization arrangements
- Prepare and arrange reports, presentations, and briefs
- Assist management in work-related matters
- Perform other related duties as required
