Job description for Personal Assistant to President Director (Must live near Kelapa Gading) at Pt Sarwa Manggalla Raya
- Manage & Assist the President Director's activities
- Handling a wide variety of tasks and situations
- Organise and coordinate of Executive meeting
- All arrangement and Personal Needs
- Handle and manage outgoing or incoming letters of director
- Receives and monitors all incoming calls to the Managing Director's office
- Preparation of reports as required by the Managing Director
- Schedules and handles appointment and meetings, to ensure everything is of quality
- Creates Minutes of Meetings
- Organizes President Director's calender and task
- Communicates with every head of department to ensure that the request made by the President Director are met.
- Ensures the filling is up to standard and easily accessible
- Professional and Elegant Appearance
- Min. D3 Education
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, but experience is definitely benefitial
- Have exceptional skills / knowledge in secretary or administrative jobs
- Computer literate (MS excel, word, power point, and/or Photoshop is a plus)
- Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Bahasa and English is a MUST.
- Having knowledge in import documentation is preferable
- Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things
- Detailed type of person and highly organised
- Have good communiction skill, Smart, & Pro-Active
- Presentable with good attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet dead lines
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
