We are looking for a highly organized and reliable **Personal Assistant** to support our Director. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
* Act as the first point of contact by screening emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
* Support ongoing projects by tracking deadlines and ensuring the Director is well-prepared.
* Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external business partners.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage priorities effectively.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Able to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and handle confidential matters professionally.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable.
