Job description for Performance Marketing Specialist at Kasual
- Be an essential member of the Growth Marketing team, providing strategic direction and tactical execution in one of our key channels. Lend an active voice to the future growth of the company
- Develop acquisition channel strategy and run always-on campaign operations and optimization
- Manage and optimize campaign budget effectively across multiple channels
- Plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads; incorporate a range of techniques including paid search, display, retargeting and banner ads to drive leads and conversions
- Campaign management – manage ongoing placement of advertising and traffic generation initiatives
- Strategize and create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for any campaign to achieve optimal performance
- Develop and maintain good relationship with traffic partners
- Work closely with Business Development and Marketing to ensure overall traffic and conversion targets are met
- Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports regularly to ensure continuous data-driven optimization
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of work experience in digital marketing with a focus on direct-to-consumer acquisition marketing
- Experience with SEM, Adwords, and paid advertising on the major social platforms.
- Experience with web analytics including Google Analytics, GTM, and pixel-based ad tracking
- Strong communication abilities to interact with colleagues and partners
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with people and manage projects
- Proactive problem solving abilities and follow through
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget
