Job description
The mission of this role is to drive business growth from paid channels, by building, leading, managing, and nurturing the team of performance marketers in all countries. This role is the subject matter expert of our performance marketing efforts to all the business/mission teams in all countries and will lead & manage all initiatives in this area.
Responsibility:
- Leading & managing the performance marketing team to achieve monthly acquisition targets through paid channels in all missions in all countries
- Provide insights and advice for both marketing leadership and business units regarding channels performance & audience behavior
- Improve the budget efficiency according to the target & budget set by the stakeholders
- Provide marketing plan & strategy to the team to optimize paid channel ROI
- Team management: groom the performance team marketers & build the culture of the team
- Ensure delivery of high-performing paid marketing campaigns by creating standards, documenting best practices & playbooks, and project management.
Must have:
- at least a total 5 years in the Digital Marketing area
- at least 3 years in performance/paid marketing
- at least 1 year of team management experience, directly managing digital marketing specialists
- Leadership & people management skills
- Online marketing strategy (paid channels proficiency, audience understanding, conversion rate optimization, digital analytics)
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports & insights of the campaign performance
- Project management skills to ensure all the projects & initiatives are delivered according to the agreed timelines
Preferred qualifications
- Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Economic education background
- Tech company previous experience
