Role Summary
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our mobile user acquisition across Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and alternative networks.
This is a hands-on role that blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation. You will work closely with our creative and data teams, develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyse cohorts, and scale winners.
If you think in ROAS curves, LTV projections, and statistical significance, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google UAC, ASA, Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.
• Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns for CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
• Build performance dashboards and provide weekly/monthly insights.
• Drive creative testing loops (hooks, formats, iterations) using both AI and human-designed assets.
• Analyse key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, hook rate.
• Set up structured experiments and perform statistical significance testing.
• Develop acquisition strategy for new game launches and scale established titles.
• Reviewing game analytics daily
• Work with our founder to manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure profitable growth.
Requirements
Must-have
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing, ideally gaming.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and mobile attribution fundamentals.
• Good understanding of ROAS optimisation, LTV modeling, payback windows, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to interpret creative metrics (hook rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and turn insights into actions.
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in spreadsheets, pivot tables, cohort charts, and basic statistical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with a global remote team.
