Job description for Performance Marketer (Intern) at Sasana Digital
A newly set-up digital business and technology consulting service business is looking for technically capable, dynamic, and proactive students and professionals for internship projects for our business development and client requirements. Internship role for 2-3 months in our office in Bandung (=WFO). This role given the opportunity to work in a new and growing technology consulting start-up company. The position is open to all who are students or people who have experience in the field and looking to gain knowledge and experience with a growing consulting company.
Job Description:
- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaign on our digital channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads)
- Generate new ideas and initiative for new digital campaign
- Doing a lot of A/B testing for performance campaign
- Collaborate and working closely with digital marketing team to achieve objectives
- Build architect the best way campaign structure together with the digital team
- Do monthly budget planning and propose the best initiatives to utilize the budget
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities that can differentiate the brand.
Requirements:
- S1 or S2 Business Administration/ Marketing Management /Information Technology/ Software Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Electronic Engineering .
- Have minimum more than 1 year experience in the same position/field
- Have excellent knowledge about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Tiktok Ads.
- Have knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as Google Analytics. - Have knowledge of CRM tools.
- Deeply analytical thinker who is always seeking out new ways to drive new customer growth and to improve the retention curve.
- English language proficiency.
- Passion for digital technologies and application to business.
- Living in Bandung and willing to stay and work in Bandung
