Job description for People & Organization Operational Officer ( Contract Based ) at TMP Consulting
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process for internal and external clients, starting from position inquiry/research, preparing & posting job ads, scoring/screening candidates, scheduling, preparing test/assessment, interviewing, making recruitment reports, candidates offer, and employee’s contract.
- Responsible for documentation/report of employee’s attendance.
- Responsible for HR related finance activities such as payroll calculation & payment (exc. PPh21), handling BPJS, reimbursements documentation & payment, and assets handling.
- Maintaining good relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Have min. 1 year experience in HR division, especially in recruitment. Experience in handling payroll is a plus.
- Good interviewing skill.
- Good knowledge on BPJS system and operation .
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Have good English proficiency (both oral and written).
- Good people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and continuous learning
- Available to start immediately (end of March/early April 2022)
