Job description for Pengawas/Pelaksana at PT Alcos Graha Jaya

Tanggung jawab

Melakukan marking dan pengukuran lapangan. (Bisa mengoperasikan Theodolit / Total Station / Automatic Level menjadi nilai plus)

Memimpin Toolbox Meeting (TBM) dan mengarahkan tim pekerja lapangan setiap hari kerja

Membaca dan mengimplementasikan gambar kerja (shop drawing/as-built) di lapangan

Menyusun laporan progress, schedule, dan Kurva S secara berkala

Melakukan quality control pekerjaan baja dan memastikan standar K3 diterapkan di area kerja

Berkoordinasi dengan owner, Project Manager, dan tim lapangan terkait pekerjaan harian

Membuat order material dan Bill of Quantity (BQ) sesuai kebutuhan proyek

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik / D3 / S1 Teknik Sipil, Konstruksi, atau bidang relevan

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Pengawas / Supervisor Lapangan, diutamakan konstruksi baja

Mampu mengoperasikan Theodolit, Total Station, atau Automatic Level

Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan membuat laporan progress / Kurva S

Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) minimal tingkat intermediate

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan tim dan owner

Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek (Jabodetabek, Subang, Karawang, dan sekitarnya)
