Position
The Partner Success Manager role focuses on managing a portfolio of our business partners (termed as HOSTS) to build lasting relationships and achieve KPIs. KPIs include raising revenue and profitability from Host partner’s involvement with our product.
You will be responsible to drive partner success in terms of leads and user activation from our partners. The success of the partnership is derived from how active the partners are in activating their leads and users with our product and the total quantity of leads and users using our product. This will in turn lead to higher revenue achieved on our platform product.
You will lead elements of business identification, partnership initiatives, account management, and strategy planning.
You will be reporting to the Head of Growth, Moovaz.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of our business partners with a focus on activation and retention - building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring partner engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage, increase lead count and profitability of partner’s portfolio
- Liaise with partners for onboarding training, partner activity follow-ups, new product and feature updates, technical integrations, marketing programs, and partner commissions
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to partner operations and partnership requirements, delivering solutions to these issues
- Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities by maintaining excellent knowledge of the partner’s industry, business, offerings, and competitors.
- Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses beneficial to the improvement of a partner’s performance with our product.
- Work across functions to tailor partner-specific needs (e.g. marketing, tech, and design teams)
- Work closely with the commercial and engineering team to identify partner’s business and technological gaps and come up with solutions to fill these gaps.
- Take the lead to work with peers in ensuring project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience, bonus if you have worked in a tech startup environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Numbers driven and go-getter
- Strong drive to continuously find solutions to solve daily or structural issues
- Able to communicate and collaborate with other team members within and cross departments
- Resourceful in finding various softwares to get work done better and faster
- Has experience in using CRM and various project management tool
- A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work
