Join the Like Saturdays team this festive season.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join us at our upcoming festive pop-ups and help create a warm, welcoming shopping experience for our customers. As a Part-Time Retail Assistant, you’ll be part of our retail team, helping customers discover Like Saturdays, providing thoughtful product and gifting recommendations, and keeping the pop-up space looking welcoming and well-presented throughout the day.
Pop-up Dates:
• 12-14 November
• 19-22 November
• 26-29 November
Work Location: Central
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, friendly and naturally customer-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with and assisting customers
- Interested in fashion, lifestyle and gifting
- Responsible, proactive and able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Retail or sales experience is a plus
- Able to commit to a full-day shift between 10am and 9pm during our pop-up dates, with breaks included
- Specific shift days will be arranged based on the event schedule and your availability
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Sales and Merchandising:
- Assist customers with product selection and offer upselling or cross-selling options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep shelves and displays organised and fully stocked.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organised environment.
- Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers and boost sales.
