Light Aesthetiz is a growing aesthetics and wellness company located at Novena Medical Centre. We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR professional to support our expanding team.
📍 Location
Novena Medical Centre
(Directly linked to Novena MRT)
🕒 Working Schedule
Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Flexible to change)
9.30am – 4:30pm
(1-hour lunch break)
💰 Salary
$1,800 TO $2200 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications and renewals
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Process monthly payroll, leave and attendance records
• Calculate staff commissions and incentive payouts
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Ensure compliance with MOM employment regulations
• Liaise with outsourced accountant on payroll, CPF submissions and HR-related documentation
• Liaise with government agencies when required
• Provide general HR and administrative support
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Familiar with Singapore MOM work pass applications and renewals
• Experience in payroll processing and commission calculations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
