Job description for Part-Time Events & Venue Sourcing Executive at Redwoods Advance

Were looking for a proactive and organized individual to help us grow our roadshows and events across Singapore.


Your Role

• Source new roadshow and event opportunities

• Visit (recce) potential venues and assess suitability

• Prepare site reports with photos and recommendations

• Research footfall, demographics and surrounding businesses

• Network with malls, event organizers, vendors and property management

• Recommend suitable locations for upcoming campaigns

• Coordinate with the team to bring events to life

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

✅ Resourceful and proactive

✅ Comfortable travelling around Singapore

✅ Confident speaking with people from all walks of life

✅ Good at observation and analysis

✅ Responsible and able to work independently

Working Hours

📅 Monday – Friday: 1pm to 6pm

⏰ 5 hours/day

Salary

💰 $15/hour
