Job Overview:
As an Appointment Setter at PAG Advisors, you will play a vital role in generating leads and driving our financial planning services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our services, and setting up appointments with our financial planners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list of contacts.
- Introduce and explain our financial planning services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for financial advisors to meet with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
Job Type:
- Part time
- In office (3 days a week, 1-5pm)
Requirements:
- Singaporean / Singapore PR
- Local Diploma and/or GCE "A" Level Certificate Holder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
