Job description for Pandora Vietnam - Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Norbreeze Group
Objective of role:
Assist in the strategic development of digital marketing campaigns & social media content creation to promote Norbreeze’s Portfolio of Brands across assigned market e-commerce site and retail store.
Generate commercial sales and optimize marketing ROI through digital campaigns, social media management and analytics, as well as performance marketing.
Communicate brand values effectively through social media community and location targeting to grow consumer segment, retail engagement and brand followers.
Grow loyalty consumer base through EDM sign-up acquisition, EDM call-to-action content across social media & digital channels.
Optimize visitors, sales conversion and average transaction through integrated E-commerce, communications, marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising and loyalty engagements.
Communicate brand values and increase brand affinity with target customer segment and authorized retailer.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:
• Develop and coordinate social media & digital marketing strategies with contents and campaigns, to establish brand growth across region market.
• Manage social media & digital marketing budgets with constant tracking of expenditure versus ROIs.
• Plan and execute online and e-commerce marketing plan to attain web footfall and sales conversion across assign e-commerce market.
• Manage digital marketing assets and social media postings, content creations, production and content calendar of assign brands across regional markets.
• Evaluate e-commerce consumer journey and EDM efficiencies for campaign and seasonal promotion.
• Manage campaign execution across digital and social media, including develop post-campaign evaluation report for management & brand principle review.
Key Attributes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Strong command in oral and written English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Social Media & Digital Marketing role
• E-commerce management or regional experience is an advantage
