- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in sports, gyms, or hospitality
- Understanding of the fundamentals of padel (rules, competition systems, community culture).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs.
- Able to manage a team and operations independently.
