NIE invites applications for the position of PA to Director, NIE.
Responsibilities
- Manage NIE Director’s personal and professional appointments and provide general assistance at meetings.
- Coordinate NIE Director’s overseas travel arrangements.
- Manage NIE Director’s role-based email and incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- Manage NIE Director’s office filing systems.
- Oversee NIE Director’s Office financial-related matters.
- Perform literature search and reviews to support the work of NIE Director’s Office.
- Manage project timelines for NIE Director’s Office.
- Maintain the physical inventory and hygiene of NIE Director’s Office.
- Provide other administrative support, as required.
Requirements
- A University Degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Good command of the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to display tact and diplomacy in managing different stakeholders’ demands.
- Ability to exercise discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous to details.
