- Management of Operating Payment, Accounting Slip
- Management Operator of scheduling Production, Shipping
- Managing Global Sales Working Process
2. Global Country Management (ASIA & Middle East & Africa):
- Global Product/Price Structure Management
- SAT(Sales Analysis Tool) Analysis, Solution Operating
- SCM(Supply Chain Management) Analysis, Solution Operating
- Foreign Dealer Salesmen Training
- Orion’s Angels(MD) Program Field Operating
3. Global Dealer Negotiation:
- Negotiating Communication for Strategic Dealers
- Sales & OP Analysis (By Country, Brand, SKU)
- Dealer Promotion Analysis (Plan-Do-Review), Solution Operating
- Develop Relationship & Communication
- Training Global Sales Staff to develop skills
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Have 10 ~ 15 years experiences in Oversea Sales / Import - Export field. From 3 - 5 years in similar management position
- Fluent in English
- Humble, High sense of responsibility, Persistence, Teamwork Spirit
- Passionate for Traveling Foreign Countries & Meeting Foreigners
- Good presentation skill
