Job description for Outdoor Camp Facilitator / Outdoor Coach at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group
Aktivate Education is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Outdoor Coaches, supporting the delivery of camps, outdoor education programmes and experiential learning programmes for students from Primary to Tertiary levels.
As an Outdoor Coach, you will play an active role in engaging students, facilitating activities and creating meaningful learning experiences through the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team-building, outdoor and experiential learning activities
- Lead and manage groups of students throughout programmes
- Conduct activity briefings, safety briefings and debriefs
- Facilitate activities such as orienteering, outdoor cooking, trekking, high elements and water-based activities
- Support programme operations, equipment and logistics
Work closely with fellow coaches and programme leaders to ensure programmes are conducted safely and effectively.

Previous experience in facilitation, coaching, camps, teaching, mentoring or youth work is an advantage but is not required.

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Able to meet relevant MOE Instructor Registration requirements
- Standard First Aid certification
