Job description for Organizational Development at Power Commerce Asia
- Responsible for managing and developing human resources
- Conducting coaching activities, training and activities related to the development of employees abilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge
- Monitor, measure and report on problems, opportunities, HR development plans
- Design and implement program for employee engagement, including corporate culture
- Evaluating and developing HR management strategies and performance in implementing these strategies
- Conduct an assessment of employee performance
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Organizational Development field
- Understand regarding performance management, implementation KPI and perfomance review tools
- Understand and be able to apply matters related to OD such as: making organizational structure, job analysis & job description, workload analysis, job evaluation, manpower planning, manpower statistics, performance management, learning & development, policy & procedures, employee engagement & retention, change management, employer branding, etl
- Understand and be able to apply matters related to talent management such as: career path, individual development program, competency matrix, etl
- Critical thinking and uses OD data analytics in providing insights to and guiding management in making the right people and organization decisions
- Have strong knowledge about business process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- High commitment, good initiative and discipline
