Swarga Indonesia sedang mencari kandidat karyawan untuk klien kami, yaitu perusahaan tekstil terintegrasi mencakup proses spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing hingga finishing. Perusahaan klien kami telah menjalankan operasional selama lebih dari 30 tahun dengan total pekerja melebihi 1.500 karyawan. Perusahaan klien kami pun sudah memproduksi berbagai jenis kain rajut mulai dari single jersey hingga interlock untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.

Bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi program serta inisiatif pengembangan organisasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, kapabilitas sumber daya manusia, dan budaya perusahaan. Posisi ini memainkan peran strategis dalam mendorong transformasi organisasi, manajemen perubahan, serta pengembangan kepemimpinan dan talenta secara berkelanjutan.

🔍[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS]🔍

1. Lulusan Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan Teknik Industri, Psikologi, Hukum, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang relevan lainnya.

2. Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di bidang people development/coaching/training.

3. ⁠Memiliki komunikasi dan kerja sama tim yang baik.

4. ⁠Mampu bekerja sesuai target yang diberikan.
