Job description for Organizational Development Analyst at PT. Berlian Sistem Informasi
Responsibilities
- Act as Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP)
- Lead and manage ad-hoc Human Resources projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Assist Employee Development Program and Performance Management System creation
- Hearing employee feedback for support function division.
- Conduct training operation as planned.
- Conduct employee engagement activities (plan until execution) such as consolidation meeting, company picnic, etc.
- Conduct recruitment process as planned (sourcing, arrange schedule, send agreement/offering letter)
- Conduct interview and psychological assessment.
- Conduct onboarding plan, monitoring and evaluation for all to be permanent employee.
- Arrange permanency employee process (assisting, material validation, rehearsal).
- Evaluate recruitment channel/job portal effectiveness.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, with a strong focus on People Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related areas.
- Proven experience and strong capability in handling Organizational Development (OD) and Human Capital (HC) projects, with clear and demonstrated involvement in project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiar with HRIS and data analytics tools will be preferable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Have experience in IT or automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work full-time from the office located in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
