The IT Support and Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. Key responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, managing user access and permissions, assisting with system upgrades and patches, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves supporting end-users in resolving technical issues and maintaining accurate documentation of all system configurations and changes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering reliable IT services.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. They should have between 5 and 10 years of experience in IT support and Oracle EBS technical consulting, with a solid understanding of database management, system integration, and application support. We welcome individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility

• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:

• Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

• Supply Chain (PO, OM, INV)

• (modules can be adjusted based on requirement)

• Collaborate with other technical teams to design and implement solutions

• Work on third-party integrations with Oracle EBS using:

• APIs, Interfaces, Web Services

• Middleware tools (e.g., SOA, OIC, etc.)

• Prepare technical design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials

• Perform SIT, UAT support, and post-production support

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business processes
