* Able to operate lathe machines and follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
* Willing to learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
* Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
* Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team
* Willing to work in shifts if required
* Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java and work full-time
