Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (D3/S1 lebih disukai).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Live Stream Operator, Live Commerce, atau posisi serupa.
Memahami operasional TikTok Live, Shopee Live, dan fitur-fitur live commerce.
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets untuk reporting.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting serta pada akhir pekan atau hari besar apabila diperlukan.
