Berpengalaman dibidang Finishing atau sprayman min. 1.5 tahun
Memahami spektrum warna atau proses pewarnaan furnitur
Memahami langkah - langkah proses warna dari dasar hingga final warna pada furnitur
Dapat mengoperasikan alat spraygun atau alat pewarnaan lainnya
Tidak buta warna
Berperilaku baik, sopan, tekun, bertanggungjawab, disiplin dan loyalitas tinggi.
