Job description for Operations Supervisor at PT. Paradiso Gemintang Anugerah

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end operational activities to ensure seamless execution, efficient resource management, and consistent service quality across all operational sites. This role is responsible for leading the Operations Team, implementing SOPs, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous process improvements to support business growth through operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Production, Event, IT Support, Maintenance, and Photography teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure operational activities are carried out in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Monitor booth production, maintenance schedules, and event preparations to ensure all projects are completed on time.
  • Coordinate team schedules, manpower allocation, and daily task assignments to support operational requirements.
  • Conduct daily briefings, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to improve productivity and discipline.
  • Ensure all photobooth equipment, hardware, software, and operational assets are in good working condition and ready for deployment.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor booth conditions, operational quality, and event execution.
  • Assist in resolving operational and technical issues while escalating critical matters to the Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness and successful project execution.
  • Prepare operational reports, maintenance updates, and inventory records to support management decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Event / Retail / F&B with a minimum of 3 years as Leader / Supervisor.
  • Basic knowledge of computer & hardware.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
  • Bilingual skills in Bahasa Indonesia – English is highly valued.
  • Excellent managerial and administrative skills.
  • Flexible, open to direction and collaborative work style.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Able to strategize and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with the design of SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids to improve workflow and compliance.
  • Able to travel to multiple locations on demand.
